Cheesy bacon spicy tendercrisp

Bought a burger from Burger King for dinner. Decided to try their latest promotion – cheesy bacon spicy tendercrisp burger. Lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon, cheese, spicy chicken thigh cutlet, mayonnaise served on a bun sprinkled with cornmeal. It was quite nice. The chicken was mildly spicy and crispy. I could taste the mayonnaise and sometimes also the cheese but I think the bacon doesn’t make much difference.

Carl Jr’s thickburger

I bought Carl Jr’s thickburger for dinner. I’ve been skipping lunch for the past few days and thought that I had saved enough money to afford a small indulgence. So I went to buy the thickburger which I kept seeing in ads. I was curious about whether it will taste any difference from a normal burger. I ordered just the burger to takeaway. The burger cost $9.90, more expensive than I had expected. Luckily I did not order any sides or else it would cost more. When I was handed the brown paper bag containing my order, I felt a bit comforted that it felt heavy.
I ate the burger at home so I can make a mess without worrying about cleaning up later. It was about the size of my hand and the beef patty was thicker but not as thick as shown in the advertisement. The beef patty was a bit dry so I squeezed on some ketchup to make it more moist. Every bite felt like there was a lot of meat in my mouth so there’s definitely an increase in the amount of meat. Besides the beef patty, there’s the usual cheese, lettuce, onions and sauce. I felt quite full after finishing off the burger.
